Your session is one-on-one time set aside just for you, so a little notice goes a long way.
Rescheduling
Need to move your session? Give us 24 hours notice and we'll switch it at no charge, no questions asked.
We know shift work doesn't care about your calendar. If you get held over or catch a callback inside 24 hours, reach out and we'll give you a one-time courtesy reschedule.
Any other change inside 24 hours uses up the session.
Cancellations and refunds
- Paid but haven't picked a time yet? You can cancel for a full refund anytime before you book your first session.
- Already booked? Cancel 24 hours or more ahead of your session for a full refund.
- Inside 24 hours, the session is non-refundable, but you're welcome to reschedule under the rules above.
- No-shows and completed sessions aren't refundable.
- If your coach cancels or doesn't show, you get a full refund or a free rebooking — your choice.
If something real comes up in your life, talk to us. We'd rather work it out with you than hide behind fine print.
