1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the Free tier
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the Service
- Technical issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the Service
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial month usage after the 7-day window
- Add-on purchases (e.g., Live Mock coaching sessions) once the session has been scheduled or completed
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Use violations
6. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refunds after the 7-day window will be prorated based on unused months remaining.
