Rodeo-Hercules Fire Protection District
Effective July 1, 2025, the Rodeo-Hercules Fire Protection District was annexed into the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (Con Fire), which absorbed its firefighters, stations, apparatus, and service area. Rodeo-Hercules no longer operates as an independent department -- candidates now apply to Con Fire.
