Eastern Plumas Rural Fire Protection District
Voters approved consolidation in November 2023, and on July 1, 2024 the Eastern Plumas Rural Fire Protection District was merged with four other eastern Plumas County agencies into the new Beckwourth Peak Fire Protection District. Eastern Plumas Rural FPD no longer operates as an independent agency -- candidates apply to Beckwourth Peak FPD.
